Shadow Informed Constellations Workshop:

A Deep Dive into What We Hide, Deny, and Long to Reclaim

In this immersive 4-day in-person training, we enter the profound and often uncomfortable terrain of the Shadow—those parts of us that have been silenced, shamed, hidden, or projected onto others. This is not a theoretical exploration. It is experiential, embodied, and transformational, designed for facilitators, therapists, and seekers ready to deepen their work by confronting their personal, collective, and ancestral shadows.

What You’ll Explore & Integrate:

Reconnect with Your Shadow

Through guided constellations and embodied practices, you’ll meet the parts of you that were once exiled—rage, grief, desire, brilliance—and gently invite them back into belonging.

See What’s Been Hidden in the Therapeutic Field

Learn to identify your own shadow patterns that show up with clients and students. Explore transference, countertransference, and the six core shadow triggers that can entangle the field and undermine the work.

Work with Collective & Cultural Shadows

Uncover the hidden systemic shame passed down through culture, caste, gender, colonization, and silence. These shadows often mask themselves as ‘neutral’ or ‘normal’—until they begin to crack.

Claim the Golden Shadow

We’ll explore how your admiration, envy, and idealization reveal unclaimed inner brilliance. You’ll learn how this disowned power can unconsciously block your success, visibility, and impact—especially in your business or professional practice.

Transform Shadow into Power

Through practices drawn from Jungian psychology and systemic constellation work, you will learn how to hold space for intense material—sexual energy, helplessness, rage, shame, death, and endings—with integrity, clarity, and deep safety.

By the End of This Workshop, You Will Be Able To:

• • Expand your capacity to stay present in challenging client dynamics

• • Claim greater wholeness, aliveness, and permission to take up space in the world
